Exhibitor & Visitor Experience

“This year’s edition of Bakery Business and HoReCa Business 2025 were a positive improvement over the previous edition, in terms of exhibitor space, number of exhibitors, diversity of exhibits and participants, and mostly, in terms of visitor engagement. It was an end to-end secured event with no loose ends, no visible glitches, no delays at registration (which is a normal scene at most events), courteous and efficient personnel, and attention to detail given to exhibitor needs.” – Sravan Kumar, President – Hospitality Consultants Forum & CEO, Excellence Hospitality

“What a beautiful platform this is. A platform where all hoteliers, budding chefs, restaurateurs, and all foodies can come together under one roof, share ideas, share views, share opinions, and there is a wide range of products to see and buy. I don’t think it gets bigger or better than this. It has been exciting to be a part of this exhibition and the panel discussion and I wish the organizing team the very best for their future endeavours.” – Chef Jerson Fernandes, Culinary Director, Sodexo India

“We have been participating in this exhibition for quite some time now and are the one stop solution for coffee requirements – be it for a café, QSR, bakery, hotel, or a roastery. It always has been a pleasure to be at this exhibition and we look forward to our partnership for the coming years as well.” – Nitheen Patric, Marketing Head, Kaapi Solutions

We have equipment that is suitable for QSRs, cafes and coffee shops, cloud kitchens, dark kitchens, industrial canteens and kitchens. We offer large portfolio of machines and that is the reason why we are one of the preferred vendors for the industry. While we take part in a lot of exhibitions pan India, this Mumbai exhibition is one of the most important for us in the western region.
